Section 1
The 26jl platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account — duplicate accounts are not allowed and may be suspended without prior notice if detected. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken. 26jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm that account details are accurate and that the account holder meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. Section 2
All transactions on 26jl are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) using supported local payment channels, which currently include GCash and Maya. Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed through the relevant payment provider, and you should allow reasonable processing time before contacting support about a pending deposit. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal amounts asoutlined in the FAQ. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details linked to your account are correct — 26jl cannot be held liable for delays or failed transactions caused by incorrect account information provided by the player. Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit through your payment provider without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. Promotional credits, if applicable, are subject to their own specific terms and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless the stated wagering conditions have been fully met. Section 3
All bets and game sessions placed through 26jl are final once confirmed — players may not cancel or reverse a wager after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet or game session before confirming, as errors made by the player cannot be reversed after the fact. 26jl reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or any other system issue that materially affects the integrity of the outcome. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance. Players must use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes — commercial use, resale of access, or use on behalf of third parties is not permitted under any circumstances. 26jl monitors platform activity to detect irregular patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on any account that shows signs of abuse, fraud, or violation of these fair use rules. Section 4
26jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including specific games, sports markets, payment channels, or account features, with or without prior notice to players. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through the platform or via the email address registered to your account, but we cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and 26jl does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times — scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, 26jl's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 26jl may suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, that has been inactive for an extended period, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active investigation or dispute will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines, and any disputes that cannot be resolved through our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts.
